Hmm not like she doesn't have time she has the time she just chooses to not feel and use her plans like an excuse. It's a defense mechanism. However in the manga they do make it seem like she doesn't have the time.
Honestly, I don't think Oscar and Aria go well together but like, she seems heartbroken because of the feelings of her previous life too. She doesn't even let herself be sad or anything... I think that's not really good for her... (〜￣△￣)〜
