There is one that has an uke mangaka and a seme author and it's like that. The seme uses the excuse he needed the sex friends so he wouldn't "break" the ukes body. It has a sequel involving the seme's nephew who is an otaku.

I wasn't sure so I didn't think to leave the title. The sequel is honestly much cuter and the mangaka makes a small appearance in it.
The only part what I remember is that...when the Uke and the Seme has finally be together...the Uke found out that even when they were lovers, the seme still contacting his sex friend..and the sex friend is a guy whose opening the seme door house when the uke come to visit...
