Idk how the story will go but I do know that in SOME omegaverses the omega will give off a calmer smell after sex if pregnant. Doyun gave off a calming smell on ch.36 pg.27. So there is a high possibility (and yes he did knot him which has a 100% chance of pregnancy but doyun did take medication but that doesn't eliminate the possibility) that he is pregnant. So what if the other guy who smells doyun actually can smell that he is pregnant not in heat, because SOME omegaverses have some of the symptoms of pregnancy as fevers, sickness, or any actual symptoms of pregnancy.
