Sounds like one of the harlequin adaptations. There are a lot of them where they took harlequin romance books and they were made into manga.

I read a manga Josei a while back and wanted to read again,
but I forgot the name and can only remember the history
The history is like that ...
The woman was deceived by the man who was a journalist and only wanted information of her , A time after she met him again at work and He discover that them have a boy together , I remember that the son was with the neighbor and got hurt and he discovered because of it .Lastly them marry and she finds that he loved her and everything it's a misunderstood.
Cliche story but I wanted to read again ^^
