I just cant stand self-centred people, no matter the settings.

I get how annoying and frustrating it is to be summoned out of your will and receive this annoying ass burden that isn't even yours to begin with. But, come now. You regress the second time and know what is your objectives. The prof gave many insights yet you dismiss/dont care enough to understand most of it as if it has no meaning. But what truly irks me about him is not his fucked attitude, but his distorted perception of dealings with problems. His problem solving skill and compassion is so shit, and the fact that he doesn't understand why he regress the third time is what frustrating to me. I'd expect a character development from any other story but i am hesitant on this one. (Still on chapter 40ish and not hopefull) I know im taking this manhwa too seriously but i just cant help it lol

Why would you expect character development it’s literally called trash hero unless you were expecting a hero character that can control trash with only his mind

You're translating my intention wrong. I stated I was still in chapter 40 (actually I was on ch 38), because maybe, just maybe there will actually be some sort of character development from the protagonist and there actually IS character development, would you look at that.

The thing was at that point (ch 38) he didn't reflect on his act and didn't try to make a better; smarter judgement. Let me enlighten you a bit, character development could be many things, doesn't mean I expect his 'personality' to change. Character development could mean he's a lot wiser on using the people around him to his advantage, which he did after chapter 40.

And honestly being a 'trash hero' doesn't mean it translate to being a 'trash human being' which the protagonist is, so there's also that, but we all know he kinda is a trash human being so there's no point to argue. And I know him being 'dumb' (doesn't know what his fault was for failing) is some sort of a comedic relief but for me personally it is rather frustrating to see.

So you don’t like him because he makes stupid decisions??? Wouldn’t you go crazy after ten years of being in that shit world and the prof just adds onto that.
I don’t really care about the dumb shit he does because everyone else is dumber and more annoying but I respect your opinion

Why would you actually take the profs advice too all the shit she says takes time, effort, and is a waste of mental strength. She said to be nice to your old comrades too as if they weren’t watching him the first time around. His old team was annoying af and bossed him around as if he wasn’t the hero. Hell I would’ve killed them too.

I respect and totally understand why the protagonist did what he did, and I totally respect and understand your opinion of him too. But you know, as the title of my op post stated...

It's not the stupid decision. The decision itself doesn't matter at that point, it's the thinking process that leads to that decision. It's short-lived to be taken as a thinking process. I don't like bringing the 'if it were me' bs but you asked so... I don't know man, I just wouldn't care, I'll do what the prof want since the objective is already pretty darn clear. I mean, if we're looking at this objectively, the only thing he shouldn't have done on the first round was to not kill all those shitty 'comrades' and he would've been home by now. Again, I get why he did that because fuck them and damn I would [want] to kill those shitheads too, but objectively (not morally cause at that point fuck morals), is it the right thing to do, to actually kill them?

If we're looking through the profs' perspective, this guy could become a ticking time bomb no matter if he said he'll live peacefully because the way he presented himself in the test was nothing sort of peaceful. Granted, he became like this because they brought him there and they should've been held accountable and... I don't fucking know this just went fucken complicated the more I think about it lol. The little brain cells I have are screaming trying to find the best solution for both sides HAHA (or at least satisfy one side while fooling the other into thinking their standards are satisfied lol)

Honestly, I know it's really dumb of me to take this manhwa this seriously, I mean this whole thing is a joke of the whole isekai hero trope where they just kinda "yeah, this is my life now, and i love it", so I don't know why am I even saying and thinking all these bullshits lmao

HAHAHAHA yeah, a lotta shit was going through my head thinking about this manhwa lol. YEEEE I mean this manhwa gave a new light to the isekai hero trope, and honestly the 'test' is utter bs to begin with anyway lol
