If Stockholm syndrome is love then yes. Yes law did love doffy. Doffy is the one he has no choice but to love, while Eustass is the one law freely chose to love. I hope you see the difference in what I'm saying.

No. He doesn't love Doffy.
He is more like forcing himself to say those things to Dofy so Dofy won't hurt Kid. In a way Law is protecting Kid so Dofy doesn't think of their relationship as anything special.
You could say the reason why he was crying while he was telling Dofy that he loved him was because in reality he wanted to leave with Kid, he wanted to be with kid, and his "I love you" was actually directed toward Kid in his heart.
But yet, law knows how powerful and dangerous dofy is, and how kid wouldn't stand a chance as he is now. Therefore, I guess you can say law is sacrificing himself to protect Kid's future, dreams and Kid himself.
And thus, the amount of angst and just....the feels....it's so deep.
I wish I could have thought of a story like this.
