As much as incest manga/anime goes, it's a work of fiction.
They don't look alike nor the thought of them 'actually related by blood' crosses my mind that much when I'm reading it. I'm guessing it's cuz I don't view them as a real human being lel
As for step-brothers... well... they *were* strangers before their parents remarried so.. No objection there

I have no male siblings..so I can't totally understand incest crisis (I mean I have not thought of how it would be in real life) .I just think of it as a comic and read it.

I think if you feel disgusting you shouldn't read incest stuff

For I don’t really like incest there was only one manga with incest that I enjoyed but it only Fiction if it was really life that would be disgusting and I have brothers too I can never ever think of the as fuckable and I will never ship a sibling together so yeah I think people enjoy just because it’s Fiction but I don’t think they like it irl at least I don’t.

I don’t particularly read Incest but I guess people think its somewhat hot because it pretty much shows “true love” in some perspectives? I know it’s quite disturbing to others that you love your own siblings more than family, but each person has a different taste in what they do
