Although I pay for this webtoon, I read bunch of other webtoons here for free. I can't afford them all; just can afford my favorites. I am more than willing to wait even a month for a chapter if I can't pay for it.

Like, I really really really appreciate uploaders for providing a free opportunity here BUT plz think about author's income too. Imagine your father or mother or you yourself working on a project in your job for about TWO years( most webtoons take this long) and then not being paid property. Can you accept that? No ofcourse. Maybe the authors are preparing meals with this money; like our own families' income. I can't sleep if I know that I've deliberately caused financial issues for sb. ( sorry for being dramatical). With this problem I would've dropped this manhwa billion years ago if I were the author.

i'm in a similar situation. i pay for POTN because it's my favorite and the thought of BD discontinuing the series because they don't get paid enough makes me sad :( i do read some stories on here too so it would be hard not to be a little disappointed. if this site really does get taken down though, i'll miss the discussions here the most.

Yea no one should be upset with the authors. This site is great for people that are broke but the price is that authors lose thousands of dollars of revenue. When this site inevitably goes down it’ll be bittersweet but justified.
I couldn’t agree more. As a minor I pirated but felt so guilty about it because I wanted to be an artist myself as an adult. It makes me angry to see all the people here almost being proud of how they steal money from the author, there’s no guilt, only justification as to why they’re still good people for being among the thousands that steal every week.
What we’re doing is theft. That’s exactly it, it’s like walking into a store and just putting shit in your pocket without paying. It’s just easier since it’s over the internet and we see countless people on here but the fact is, we are all stealing from someone else, someone we appreciate and who gives us something we love. Pretty fucking morally corrupt but I’m broke and already hit rock bottom so...

I mean as long as you know what you’re doing is kinda fucked that at least makes you better than the children saying that it doesn’t matter if an artists work is pirated. Like saying that makes up for the revenue they’ve lost.
The author recently tweeted out the hashtags #letsprotectourwebtoons and #webtoonillegalsiteexterminationcampaign. She is very likely to take legal action against this site along with other artists eventually. Too many people refused to stop uploading early and couldn’t keep their mouths shut about the site, even tweeting to the author and taunting her telling her they read here instead of paying. Read it while you can.
