still using the "envelope teabag"?
As a tea purist that she is, couldn't she change to a "pyramid teabag" for better steeping?

    you cant make a pyramid shape out of fabric without a lot more time and effort - its not cost efficient when you're trying to mass produce a product aimed at the general public which includes the lower class

    But she didn't even think about the pyramid bags, only the flat bags. And she wants the bags to be aesthetically pleasing when steeping, which these are not.
