Question

It's not a sad ending or anything but due to the author being sick and not able to make manga anymore the ending is unsatisfying

Ehhhhh so it's an incomplete ending?! But is it worth my read and..... at least do they get together???

I love it personally because of luka haha and I love the anime. They don't get together thou but is still a fun read. Just wish the author was able to finish it like she wanted to but she couldn't which sucks
