I didn't get that vibe at all. I think Suha recalling that scene with the red head bastard is because he does see how different they are. He recalls being told "you like me so do this for ME" after being told "I like you so I want to do all of this for you" and Suha being Suha is of course going to want that D after hearing such a thing for the first time haha <3
i hope your interpretation is correct! suha and his idea of what a relationship is was super fucked up before director park, but i hope it changes with this new love of his ( *｀ω´)
