Ah, it's called Mielino Kashiwagi in case you might find yourself curious. I got the requests thing wrong since it's less general than that. It hasn't been updated since 2013 but since it's pretty much episodic I guess it was fine by me back when I first read it.

If I remember correctly it was an episodic manga (each chapter treated a different story but with the same characters)
The characters hang out at a cafe a lot and their job consists of fulfilling request (kinda detective-ish I think? If I remember correctly they had to find evidence that their client's partner was cheating in the first chapter)
The MC (a girl) wants to find a boyfriend (the manga is not centered on romance tho) and I might be mis-remembering but I think she had a certain power. Seeing a person's future when touching them maybe?
Anyway, I would be very thankful if anyone tells me its name. Sorry for the vague description, it's been a while since I read it.
