um, question. if the manga doesn't get licensed, meaning that the mangaka doesn't earn any profit from publishing the manga? so basically the mangaka posted the manga for free?
The money is not receiving any profit from foreign fans who are viewing the English translation on mangago. They published this manga in Japan so they got profit from that but that’s all.

but this english version is translated by fans and mangago is an illegal site right? so the mangaka will receive money if people buy it from renta? (if renta license the manga)
if renta licenses the manga, it will be translated again by a professional translator. this version on mangago will NOT be posted on renta if that's what you're wondering.
