Ch.4: he says he isn't interested in falling in love & the many marriages proposals he rejected
Ch.36 : ex-GF mentioned; Marquis Dallia's daughter
Ch.41 a lady is mention to be infatuated with Alphonse.
And so forth, I based my response on how he is portrait with his aloof personality with every women he ever crossed paths. And after he confessed his love and his love was reciprocate.
