Inhun basically said to Nakyum that he knew that he had been sleeping or "assuming" he had been not only painting for Seungho. He told Nakyum that he is nothing but a slut basically, and pretty much mocks Nakyums feelings for him (glasses dude). Therefore Nakyum is heartbroken and feels like no one can save him, and the only person he lived for and was sacrificing for basically didn't care to even visit him after Seungho had abused him until he had gone feverish and sick.
