Nah...it's nice to think of straight forward revenge that way, but the family behind Lucas is indeed way too powerful for him to do that now. Art doesn't have the power yet to protect his own family and friends from Lucas' family.
But as the saying goes, revenge is a dish best served cold. The best kind of revenge will be to bide his time, and wait for him to get enough influence and power so that his family and friends are protected. And for Lucas to feel safe from Art again. Then crush him and likely his entire family. Even better, leave only Lucas alive but crippled or insane and powerless, so that he can't do anything but wallow in his misery for the rest of his life. Since he seems to be too much of a coward to take his own life.

Well, he's the direct cause of the deaths of multiple people by not just being a coward and running away, but also attacking his teammates to try to give himself a better chance to run. On top of that he's still acting like he's better and deserves better than anyone else. People like that don't deserve a quick punishment like death in my opinion. :P
