Uh no. They don't have a term for that in Japan. "Shotacon" and "shota" are Japanese terms that are exactly what I said they mean in my first comment. "Legal shota" is not a term they have and would confuse them if you even said that in Japanese directly translated from English. Which is my point. And just pointing out that he's of age for anyone looking for something more like Loveless, instead of a prepubescent-looking college student. Some people care, others don't. Whereas loli can mean young-looking female while lolicon normally refers to underage, shota and shtmotacon only refer to attraction to underage boys, which this doesn't have. Incest? Oh, yes.
