the girl is abused by her parents and most likely has multiple severe mental illnesses. when her body is irregular (ex. doll, animal, melting), it is the way her brain interprets pain emotionally and physically. it is how she feels and sees herself. she also sees thoughts/things as creatures or modifications of herself, for example, "Mr. allergy". she refers to her parents being "afraid" or "sad" which implies that she deeply cares for them. she harms others (animals, dead girl, angel) because that is how she shows her love and gratitude since that is the only "love" she has received. when she births the teddy bear it is a sign of puberty; menstruation. i'd like to believe that she was not raped, but instead was having thoughts from her mental illnesses. Basically saying that she is willing to sacrifice the baby so that her parents don't get sad. the parents also want her to stay as her baby/child form. the more she grows the more she sees her parents being sad, since in the scenes where she is a baby the parents are smiling. she is desperately trying to hold onto her childhood.
if you read all of this thank you! i hope you enjoyed my analysis
