Sorry - not the bottom, but the armhole hem ... (and part of his shoulder?)
It looks like the top strap of his tank top to me (wrinkled up because Asami pushed his shirt up) and his one shoulder.

I still don't see what's between his shirt and shoulder supposed to be though lol. I guess I'm just really looking it at it the wrong way, but it looks wierd to me.
The bigger round part (where the word piqued is) is he shoulder - kind of shrugged or hunched up, and the line under the wrinkled fabric is the line from the shoulder to his neck - I think. So there is a gap above the line where the shirt is pushed up and below the line is the area leading to the collarbone.
Yeah, I see it now :P
I had trouble seeing the gap as a space of nothing and was wondering what the heck it was xD. And the fact that we don't see his neck or even his jaw line at all didn't help me on thinking that it was actually his shoulder.
As for the shirt I was starting to think it was a skirt :V.
So that was complete wtf.
It does take a second look to see it, but I have been reading Genwaku no Kodo and there is a lot of complex and 'fuzzy' imagery in that that needs more than one look to interpret, so it was easier for me to see that?
It's been puzzling me since forever, might as well just ask.
