There is one more actually! it's called 'spring in the heart' although it got discontinued (copyrighted -_-) just because of the hanahaki disease that the author used. tbvh it got a lot of potential ;-; and it's like the first ever manhwa that has hanahaki disease on it imma just cry in the corner. I hope she'll continue it soon coz hanahaki is used a lot at the moment.
