I just read through the comments from other people, I think from a combination of the raws and the novel, it gets pretty fucked up, if you read the comment @TheOokami from page 24 then that will basically give you the run down. I obviously don't know how accurate it is but I'm guessing it's from the novel and that the manga will follow the same plot
