Well fuck you. I guess liking Ako is my unpopular opinion, but fuck you anyway. Why can't you damn fujoshi can't feel any sympathy with fellow girls (I'm making assumptions on a fucking yaoi site, sue me)? I really don't get it. There are some comics where it feels like the girls only exist to be protected by guys and to be annoying as hell, but this wasn't one of them. I'll admit she acted in an irritating way at times, but not enough to wish such a thing on her.
And if that's all you got from this comic, then...well, this post was written three years ago. I'm replying to nothing more than a name. No use ranting to deaf ears.

I do agree that helpless women are annoying as fuck. But, considering the situation the entire cast was in, anyone would feel helpless. Maybe I'm misremembering things, since I originally started reading this months ago, but she wasn't particularly annoying. If this was shounen, she would be weak and delicate, flaunting her boobs everywhere and doing little more than participating in the odd cat fight (ah, Lucy). But it's not, and she's not.
I get your points. For the most part, I agree with them. But they have nothing to do with what the original poster said. If I'm copying and pasting correctly, their exact words were "If not for Teru I would have quite this manga a long time ago because AKO is such a BITCH! Can't she be raped and brutally murdered! GOSH she think she some kind of goddess?" Doesn't leave much room for decency or any kind of logic.

How? Ako is one of best heroine ever. Did you forget where she was searching tetanus vaccine for Teru? She was really badass yet still sane and kind during that arc. Yes she’s very naive until the end but don’t forget she’s just a teen.
