Actually working out a lot is known to lower your libido compared to not working out at all (but it really depends on your situation though).

Okay, so I don't understand why they had to make the protag so dense. Like he got into a prestigious company yet he thinks working out will give him erectile dysfunction. I don't mind if he is emotionally dense because of his past, and it stunted his emotional growth, but like fr, he actually thinks working out will give him erectile dysfunction. I don't hate the protag but they couldn't have made him "cute" in any other way.
