Only beta women can get pregnant. In most abo universes, all omegas and all females can get pregnant, however female omegas are the most fertile, then female betas, and male omegas and female alphas are the least fertile. So, beta and alpha males can't get pregnant :(

I wish they can make a baby!?!!!!! But I have important question, Can Beta's get pregnant? And if they can, can they get pregnant by a Alpha or does it have to be by other Beta?
