I agree that wasn’t the healthy intelligent way to handle it. But he did start talking about his feelings. And even if he sounds a little defeated only by talking it out will they both know how to move forward and what the truth is between them
He's mind started to braking after his learned-master called him a prostitute. Now he's inner self accepting he is a prostitute. But he is not! He is forced to be like this ㅠㅠ
Yes he has been used and abused, but he spoke some of his feelings in this chapter. To me that’s a beginning

At this point I don't even know what to make off of this anymore.... Namkyum decided to give up that pice of sh!t but he's not willing to move on form that rejection neither. His mind's slowly start to broken(?) I think if Seungho continue to treat him that roughty he might become completely broken for real.
Hope their relationship will develople into 'soft yet passionate for each other' type of lovers
