Hmm, which topic? you definitely aren't restricted as I can access your page, but if you can see the topic but not comment, it may be because the OP has blocked you, or, if you just can't comment or see the topic at all, maybe it's been restricted by the admins.

I can see the topic, it's actually my own haha. But someone commented on it and I wanted to answer them. I tried creating a new topic in the manga itself, but that disappeared as well.
