I find it weird that in reincarnation manga/manwha if they can't conceive they automatically think it their (the woman's) fault. They never stop to think it could be the men's problem. And knowing that they come from modern times makes it even weirder that they never consider the possibilities. But I digress ╮(￣▽￣)╭
