looking for a sci-fi apocalypse manga

i read it a few months ago but i dont remember the name, one day, the MC's family get into an incident where the MC suffered from injuries, he got replaced with mechanical parts, the mechanical parts and all the robots are all programmed with an AI,
one day the AI was programmed with a kill function to exterminate all of humanity, the MC was hijacked by the AI and he killed his family (wife and daughter) , because of this trauma he became a killing machine that kills all the robots which are programmed to kill human.
he is still barely sane tho when he meets this young kid who has an USB drive which has a program to shut down the AI, the thing is that the kid has to get there by avoiding the killbots, the kids mom was the one who programmed the AI to do it.
