The manga was a yaoi manga about a fashion designer and a famous model/actor (I can't remember). Anyway, the two had met in college before, where the seme (the actor/model) was a last minute model for the fashion designer and fell in love with him. Later the uke (the fashion designer), joined a famous design company and the seme decided that he would become famous enough to model his clothes (?). I'm pretty sure the seme was younger.
