Nope they are definitely SH's thought bubbles. We can see his face and it shows that he's thinking about all this. SH was obsessed and wanted to know why NK is being so obedient but now he decided it doesn't matter and he'll just let his body take the lead and this is what suits him best. It's so obvious he's thinking this you can see it just by looking at his face.
When has Seungho EVER not let his body take the lead? Why would he suddenly set his resolve on doing something he's always done proudly?

On the contrary, who was forced to become someone's concubine against his will? Who has been called a whore by multiple people and been conflicted about this? Who is the sensitive one who needs to take let his body take the lead and stop thinking if he wants to overcome his situation?
ah i understand your reasoning, but my comment was something more on the factual side of things.. i understand korean so i AM pretty sure those were NK’s thoughts. the difference is very obvious if you also understand korean. the 요 attached to the end of each sentence is pretty indicative of that :)
also, doesn’t it make more sense that they would be NK’s thoughts, since he’s finally come to accept that he doesn’t need to be in love in order to have sex? he’s finally lost this pure, naive belief of his and is willing to let his body take the lead.
i’ve read the raws and i’m pretty sure those last few bubbles were NK’s. the sentences were spoken in polite speech which is used by NK and definitely not by someone like SH!! i believe SH has never used polite speech even once throughout the story. just fyi! ^^
