Do you know where the licensed translation is going to be published
On Lezhin! It's updated up to chapter 27. They also need the time to translate everything into English, but patience is key.
Blood Link will be getting an official English translation, which is why this one was dropped by Dolce Dream. PLEASE be patient for once and just wait until the official release is out and TRY to support the artist by buying the official chapters. (I know that a lot of people can't, but the ones who can, please do so).
So please take the last chapter down and just wait until the official one is out.
