Guys I need help finding this BL manga! I have read it a long time ago, I don’t remember much so please bare with me Σ(っ°Д °;)っ

It’s a bit disturbing .. there was a kid who some group of people have turned him into a sex machine, the boy doesn’t remember his past life and he sort of acts younger than his age (I think he was in high school?) they assign a guy to take care of him and he refuses to treat him like a toy, as he starts having feelings for him or something like that. I honestly don’t remember other than that :(
