That's a long comment and I just scrolled down (I'm just lazy). I only want to say that different readers with different tastes. You can say that I'm the type that prefer alpha to be seme but why can't we just accept some different settings in omegaverse? It's interesting when we read something new like that even though we might not really prefer it. Since this is omegaverse we're talking about. New settings to it will piqued our interests (maybe not to all readers) . And I just wanted to say I agree with your points.

i don't hate the omega topping. I really enjoy it. Would enjoy it more if it was switch though. I dislike Asuza. He manipulated Kaede, like Stockholm Syndrome without the kidnapping, then Kaede guilted himself into staying because he saw how horrible his mom's situation is. If you're putting this in the context of real life situation, you wouldn't be cheering for Asuza because he topped, you would be amassing a rescue party for Kaede. Truly, both need major therapy.

It’s fine to have your personal preferences. Personally I wanted to see a manga in which the alpha is the bottom, if you like otherwise, it’s fine. But I hate it when people try to force the idea that the alpha always HAS TO be the seme. It annoys me even more when their reasoning is that they can’t have a baby, which is the same excuse homophobic people use. I’ve seen people go on a rampage just because the seme was feminine in a manga. Can people just let them enjoy? Being feminine doesn’t mean you have to always be a bottom or be submissive (which then again, not every bottom is submissive) and being an alpha (in real life scenario, a man) doesn’t mean they can’t or shouldn’t enjoy being bottoms. Saying that alphas shouldn’t be bottoms is like saying pairs should only be a man and a woman.
Plus, not everyone wants babies. Fuck, they’re still students people, and here you are saying that they can’t have a baby? Um, yes they can. Simply by switching? And what if they don’t want babies? It’s okay to not want babies if you can’t take the responsibility of raising one. Plus, Sex doesn’t always happen with the intention of making babies. Then again the situation is similiar to real life. Homophobic people say sex is only for making a baby but nobody gives a fuck when straight people have sex for the sake of enjoying it and lust, why shouldn’t it be the case with other types of relationships? Plus, this isn’t really related to this manga specifically because they simply can have a baby but in a real life scenario, adoption is an option and if someone insists on having biological children they don’t even have to directly have sex anymore. Modern problems require modern solutions.
Then again, I wanna mention again it’s okay to have different preferences as long as you’re not trying to force an idea or hating on the seme or the author (which is what that happened in that manga in which the seme was feminine) also I used some real life examples because I think these situations are easily appliable to real life and real people, specially homosexual people suffer from the same ideas. I’m sorry for the long rant
