oh ok now i understand what you mean. Well I don't think he's bullying him, it's just a cute nickname he give him because of the hair. it is kind of true that he resembles a baby chick. I don't think it meant to offend. he even made chick bread because it resembles him.
it's kind of when in a couple the partner calls the other one bunny,kitty and other sweet cute nicknames.
