It’s not finished yet. But eventually, the MC (Shelly) and the ML (Sherman) become a couple. But because of misunderstandings, they break up. There’s a time skip, and somehow the original Ewan comes back to life. So now, both Shelly and Ewan inhabit Ewan’s body.

Because of past misunderstandings, Sherman is very cold towards Ewan (Shelly). Ewan (inhabited by both Shelly and Ewan) don’t let Sherman know that Ewan is back, which causes even more misunderstandings. I don’t remember how, but Shelly in Ewan’s body ends up in the hospital and she is drawn to a certain room. She finds her own body in a comatose state. She enters into the body and comes out of her coma. Apparently, her father is pretty wealthy and paid for her to be cared for during the duration of her comatose state (about 8 years).

Ewan finds out who she is. But Sherman doesn’t. Shelly purposely doesn’t tell him. But also, her father changed her name to Heather, so misunderstandings galore. It’s discovered that Ewan’s late mother and Shelly’s late mother wanted their children to get married when they were older— Heather (Shelly) and Ewan are engaged now. A little bit before this, someone makes an attempt on Ewan’s life. This is why Shelly enters into her own body— to warn people, in particular, Sherman (what a coincidence!) to save him.

The same person makes another attempt on Ewan’s life, and somehow Shelly and Ewan switched bodies. So now Shelly is in Ewan’s body again. And Ewan is in Shelly’s body. I don’t know what happens after this because I dropped it.

Man, didn't expect that. It looked like it had a lot of potential but it still ends up like the rest of the popular mangas that had good beginnings but cliche / boring endings. Hate it when this happens(●￣(ｴ)￣●)

Sadly, that's what happens with a lot of manhuas, imo T.T
