He didn't said that he love him...he said a time ago that he will confess to him ...and his friend assume that he is back now so i should make my distance and bla bla and thats where shit started...if main couples are honest from the begning then heeso would definately step aside thays what i think

I also think that if Jingeong just told Heesoo that he also liked Dongyeon too that the situation would have cleared up and Heesoo would step aside. But if Heesoo didn't lie and was honest abt his feelings, the main couple problem would have never existed. This shit started because of Heesoo.
And to the first part of ur message, it doesn't matter if Heesoo didn't say he love Dongyeon, he said that he will confess to him (as u stated) and everyone would assume that Heesoo liked Dongyeon cause why else would you confess to confess. (I know Heesoo has his reasons to pretend to like Dongyeon but Jingeong doesn't know it was fake. That was the plan...)
The reason that Jingeong distance himself from Dongyeon was because Heesoo came back and was asking him if he should confess soon. When Jingeong heard that he was like, oh shit his feelings are real, and backed off. So Jingeong didn't assume for no reason, Heesoo was literally telling Jingeong that he was thinking abt confessing to Dongyeon.

Long story short Heesoo wouldn't have to step aside if u honest with his feelings in the first place

Also forgot to point this out but "a time ago" makes it feel like Heesoo didn't mention confessing to Dongyeon for a long time when he literally said it the day after (or a couple days after) he got back (end of chap 12)
