Naruse is very intoxicated right now and Yanagi can see that but he's still making advances in this state. That's not okay.
He literally just switched out Naruses drink with a stronger one without his knowledge and is taking advantage of him being drunk to try and get information out of him/possibly take advantage of him
I don’t know why ppl mad at Yanagi? Naruse lead him on by being ambiguous and didn’t tell him upfront that he already had a partner. Yanagi may come off as pushy but he did ask Naruse if it’s okay. ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
