Just give credit where it is due and respect the rules of the other scanlations.
This here is a great example of how to address the second chap, unlike some of the other unnecessarily rude comments! :)
The person who translated the second chapter probably meant no harm and just wanted to share their efforts. It's clear they are not aware of how scanlation teams operate, but everyone makes mistakes. Let them know nicely, no need to talk smack. If they do it a second time then sure run your mouths, but atm, come on people relax a bit.
