Living in the uk i have never got to try kimchi and other foods that have been in this manga(?) but does it really taste nice?
its an acquired taste, but after you get used to it its addicting!
I agree that its an acquired taste, if you like pickled vegetables then i think you'll like it. But if anything, kimchi could be made at home :) there's loads of recipes on YouTube that will show you how to make them. Kimchi is usually korean chili flakes, sugar, salt, ginger, garlic, shrimp paste, scallion, daikon radish and napa cabbage.
Korean food is definitely something you should try one day, even if you have to cook it yourself :3
I would love to cook it for myself but ... im kinda nortories for overdoing everything so i might burn it
haha i felt that but kimchi is just fermented veggies so there’s nothing that needs to be cooked w the possibility of burning there!

Good luck hahaha. You'll find that its not that hard. The only thing is waiting for it to ferment and get sour. Try to make a small batch just in case you don't like it. The smell is also somewhat strong.
A way to get rid of some of the sourness, Koreans like to stir fry it. Cooked kimchi is less sour then eating it as it is.
just make sure you use korean red pepper powder otherwise it wont taste the same!
