just my opinion but I think that's cuz Taku represented all the lovey dovey aspects of a relationship that Haesoo wanted but knew he couldn't have with Joowon. This lead to an idealized vision of what the relationship between Taku and Haesoo would be. Now that they are in a relationship Haesoo and even Taku are both realizing that going through the motions of a relationship doesn't automatically create the feeling of love like what Haesoo had for Joowon.
Haesoo is coming to realize he didn't just want a lovey dovey relationship, he wanted a lovey dovey relationship with Joowon.

And even if Haesoo could let go of Joowon, Taku clearly can't get over the spectre of him and that will destroy any relationship.

and like yeah, ok, Haesoo needed time to deal with his breakup but that's not what happened. Taku pressured him into a relationship so that's not gonna happen at this point. The story purposely made it so that Haesoo did not have time to get over it.

For me it would also feel rushed... But I have a feeling the whole ending will be rather rushed. But I guess we have to wait and see.

To me it seems like you are trying to ignore things that have been established in the story to make them appear much more vague than they actually are. As readers we literally have insight into Haesoo's thoughts and feelings. The story is almost over, if you really think things are that ambiguous at this point you might want to reread it cuz things should be pretty clear.

you can't just ignore actual plot points or act like things are ambiguous when clearly they are not. Haesoo is conflicted cuz he wants to love Taku cuz that would be easier but he feels like he is just going through the motions of a relationship, like he literally says that. in order for you to maintain this facade of neutrality you have to actively counter events of the story which doesnt make sense
like if Haesoo chooses Joowon (or Taku) at the end are you just gonna be like "well we don't really know if he actually loves him" ? lmao
