https://www.novelupdates.com/ for fan translations of novels is a really good place to look. I'm not sure where you'd go to find English original novels though.
The fan translations are completely free, but you do have an option to support their (the translator's) patreon or the author themselves by buying on the website their raw novel is hosted on

Does anyone know any site or something that has tapas novels? (like mangago but instead of comics you have novels... you get the point)
I would absolutely love to support the authors, and i do when i can, but the prices to read novels there are WAYYY TOO HIGH, so yeah :(
