She did not mean to scare MC off.
The ghost did not know that MC can see ghost.
And she is asking her “are you alright?” Is just for the sake of asking, did not expect an answer.
Like if you watch tv and see sick people inside the tv, you would wonder to yourself “are they alright?”
It just, the ghost asking her at the wrong moment.
MC was in the middle of panic & very scared, so the ghost appear more scary.
I'm really mad about that stupid ghost who scared her. She didn't have to do that to someone who is already confused and terrified. （￣へ￣）
