This is my first time reading this kind of plot. My thoughts are Kei is probably biologically a girl but he was raised to act as a boi and Yui is biologically a boi and grew up dressing as a gurl and maybe that time where they kissed Kei must have catch on that Yui is boi thats why he kissed Yui to confirm it??
