Yes thin friends call themselves fat and keep on complaining about themselves...like just look at me! I look like a whale!
i'm pretty sure it's because they also see themselves as fat like Osu does, and doesn't believe anyone that tells them otherwise, which is what Osu also experiences. It's basically showcasing their distorted body images of their own body.
