WHA- why did THEY get yellow flagged? Didn't the Fighting Virtuos channel plagiarize them? I'm confused?????

Basically, some fake is pretending to be hobin (our Mc) and basically doing the exact same thing as hobin with the same editing and everything and then copyrighted hobin

The videos have dates, and assuming that Fighting Virtuos uploaded AFTER How To Fight, wouldn't the fake get flagged instead? What the hell?
