If you have trouble eating a lot or heavy things then you should first try and ways something small and light like fruit. I have a very large sweet tooth but I’m quite self conscious so I have developed a habit of under eating in a way I just feel like it’s quite useless to me so I can kinda understand. However cus of my craving for sweets but my dislike of super heavy foods I’m in love with fruit and sweet tofu I also recommend you try eating little at a time so you can get use to it and make it feel a liter more natural and not feel as forced. Then maybe one day you can start enjoying it a lot ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶ Fighting!!!!
I was always really picky, and it actually got worse as I got older. My depression made me not want to or care to eat also. I started to feel sick everytime I ate. Turned out I also had a problem with my stomach. Went to the doctor, and I don't feel bad as much with medicine. But eating was like a chore at that point and my stomach had shrunk up and was not used to eating normal portions.
I read this manga partially to entice myself to eat and become more interested in food. It was nice to see the little girl going through something similar. I'm glad she ate something, so I will eat something too then. Gotta keep trying :)
