Don't you know? MQ and FX can't get along because they are too much alike. Two insufferable bitches that even try DianXia's massive reservoir of patience and understanding at times even though he's known them the longest out of all the Heaven's Officials. Just thinking I'd really need the scene of them going to help DianXia with the Ghost Bride and realizing that they both still care very much about him despite everything that's happened.
He kinda redeemed himself by Mt. TongLu despite his shitty personality, attitude and treatment of certain people especially as you've pointed out to DianXia.
