i'm a txh stan but i think you should focus more on the things that are happening inside the manhwa, not outside of it. the poster thing was a big 'scandal', the authors even had to apologize :/ its still pretty hard to tell who's endgame although i do see most signs pointing at taku too

Same it is hard to tell, there just isn't enough time for him to get to Joowon. Especially with the amount of things that still need to be resolved.
But also with the art scandal, why draw it that way if that's not how they viewed the relationship?? You know?? It makes no sense to me.
At this point the conclusion is gonna be either rushed or an open ending. But since the creators said the remaining chapters are gonna finish around 90 we might get some more or at least bonus chaps.

Imo it would be rather convenient and uncreative ending to put Joowon in het marriage with someone from nowhere and the whole process off screen,revealed in time skip epilogue. It would be rather disappointing.
It's rather clear that author really likes Taku but you never know if she is doing that because Taku is not the end game and she wants to give something to his fans or they are the real hints.

If you watched their interview on youtube it seems that Parkdam(illustrator) likes joowon and yeongha(writer) likes taku. They both explained their fave moments in the manhwa. Parkdam chose the phone call between JxH and yeongha chose the first meeting of TxH. I love pardam tho lol she gave a really detailed explanation.
Tbh I had a little bit mixed feelings about that because if Parkdam likes Joowon so much... It's rather strange that she created the infamous poster (???).
So I don't really know what the authors think. Maybe both of them chose different scene with different ML in the spotlight so every side would feel represented?

Tbh I believe if Joowon wouldn't be the end game (which is highly probable), he will end up in marriage, maybe we will see kids.
For me it's as I said a convenient ending which closes all the options for spin off, side story and Joowon's happiness and settling down would be totally off screen. So for me it's rather disappointing and boring option (but as I said rather probable one).
Oh there was a big scandal. Authors made merch - fanservice products. They said in the past that all merchandises are going to be neutral... But there was a big gap between the posters/filters.
The Taku/Haesoo one: them acting lovey, dovey, Haesoo hugging Taku from behind, they were holding hands and smiling.
The Joowon/Haesoo one: Joowon was kind of hugging Haesoo from behind and Haesoo looked annoyed and was typing something on the phone, completely disinterested.
Agree, it sounds like it would be the author’s last resort. I also think that Joowon would not agree on a marriage he doesn’t want unless he was forced to. Heasoo will always be a part of him so it’s either JxH or him not moving on at all married or not.

and seeing the author draw fanart of both Joowon x Haesoo as well as taku x Haesoo. It's clear the author prefers taku because she drew Haesoo embracing Taku, yet ignoring Joowon while on his phone. Not only that, but the author put Taku in Joowons bday short when he legit didn't need to be there Lol.
The end game looks to be Taku x Haesoo.
There are 82 chapters updated and there are 10 remaining. There is still a stalker to deal with and a wedding as well as that lil shit Leo. There's no time for Haesoo to get with Joowon or come to a conclusion about Taku. Some of y'all talk about how obvious it would be for JxH but you need to go check out the author's Twitter like ASAP.
