the social-standards in SK are pretty drastic. though it's not emphasized directly, the idol and beauty industry creates a lot of pressure in the youth's mind. i'm pretty sure it's in the top 5 countries with the highest suicide rate as well.

i'm not sure about the violent bullying in manhwas like Save Me though. that was pretty extreme, but then again a lot of asian countries have a warped victim-report issue where victims are still in fear of speaking up.

There's a lot of pressure for like beauty standards and studying. Some (obv not everyone) don't really have a filter to who they say stuff to. I am saying this based on an event when I was a kid (๑•ㅂ•)و✧

um never said bullying doesnt happen i said the level of it is worse than where i am dont try and catch an attitude over a question u didnt read properly.
