He comes in the second or third volume I guess. He once saw Morinaga and Senpai making out (which shocked him good because he knew Senpai as a homophobe and originally wanted to help Tomoe/Senpai's brother and his husband to get his acceptance). With this info he threatened senpai to tell his brother and thus blackmailed him to accompany him at karaoke (Doraemon). In short: He is one of the only people who know about their relationship.
